Shuanshuan | A young human boy from who discovers Yi and takes him to live in Peach Blossom Village for the last two years. He views him as his big brother since his parents left. He is friendly and curious about strangers, and he often writes martial arts novels as a hobby.
Influenced by Yi, Shuanshuan acquired Solarian's knowledge, deeply understood the culture, and began to apply it in his own way. However, he was not aware that this would have a profound impact on Apemen in the future. |

Shennong | A brawny man from Peach Blossom Village. He is a conspiracy theorist who harbors numerous doubts and grievances towards the world he inhabits.
Instead of having an unusual constitution that can kill him if he does not eat poison on a regular basis, he is relatively unabsorbed and can identify or neutralize toxins in his body. Eventually, he learned how to help others with this trait and became a leader in the Peach Blossom village. Later, people came to call him the 'Great Shennong.' |

Kuafu | Once one of the Ten Sols of the Council and responsible for managing the Power Reservoir. Kuafu is Yi's best friend and sworn brother, also an excellent engineer and a skilled craftsman.
He was from Ying Kingdom and had been close to Yi since he was a student of Tiandao Academy. He was deeply influenced by Yi, and he always followed Yi. A few years later, he finally got to walk his own path. |

In his youth, he may have felt ambivalent about this mission, but as he grew older, he gradually recognized and venerated the teachings of his predecessors and became committed to maintaining those traditions. |

Jiequan | One of the Ten Sols in the Council and responsible for overseeing the Transmutation Factory. He is the final heir to the Jie Kingdom and prefers fighting over all other forms of communication.
He lamented the decline of the Jie Clan and made it his lifelong mission to return them to their former glory. His staunch belief in the family precept "Heroes are forged in agony" has led him to develop a morbid obsession with pain, which he likes sharing generously with others. |

Lady Ethereal | One of the Ten Sols in the Council and responsible for managing the Cortex Center. Lady Ethereal is, for reasons unknown, exhibiting mental anomalies.
As the creator of the Soulscape system, Lady Ethereal knew in advance that the system had major flaws. However, due to pressure from the situation, she was not able to prevent its mass deployment. The death of her colleagues hung heavy around her neck and she eventually lost the ability to distinguish between dreams and reality. |

Ji | One of the Ten Sols in the Council and keeper of the Grotto of Scriptures. Ji is a mysterious immortal being and an ancient resident of Kunlun who seems to have been present throughout all of solarian history.
Ji often observed the world as a bystander, following the rise and ultimate demise of countless great individuals over the centuries. These experiences made him deeply envious of those who ended their lives spectacularly and sparked a yearning in him for his own magnificent curtain call. |

Fuxi | One of the Ten Sols in the Council and administrator of the Empyrean District along with his twin sister. Fuxi hails from the Feng Clan, an ancient aristocratic family of the Shang Kingdom.
Though he may seem frivolous, Fuxi was a responsible man and took his duties as the head of the clan seriously. He used his wealth to great effect, placing confidants all across New Kunlun and filling the Warehouse with his personal goods. He tried to breathe new life into the Feng Clan until he succumbed to an early death from the Tianhuo Virus. He could still make noises after taking Eigong's "treatment", but it could hardly be called talking. |

Nuwa | One of the Ten Sols in the Council and administrator of the Empyrean District along with her twin brother. Nuwa's aristocratic background allows her to live a life of decadent luxury.
Unable to accept the death of her brother, Nuwa used the serum Eigong provided to keep Fuxi's body alive. Like many solarians facing the end, she chose to indulge in entertainment, numbing her emotions and allowing her to ignore reality until the very end. |

Eigong | One of the Ten Sols in the Council and head of the Research Center, Eigong holds the most prestige in the Tiandao Council. She is the Council's de-facto leader and Yi's mentor.
Eigong devoted her life to research aimed at improving the well-being of her fellow solarians. Unfortunately, a mistake in one of her experiments led to the birth of the Tianhuo virus. Faced with this mistake, she was determined to find a solution at any cost in order to right this catastrophic mistake. |

Heng | Yi's younger sister. She is innocent and friendly with her brother and sister.
She is one of the few resonators connected to the Fusang Tree. Recognizing the ideology of Taoism, she considers it the reason of nature to coexist with Penglai. So, not obsessed with the long and short life, she rejected Yi's offer to join New Kunlun. Remaining in her hometown, she accepted the natural end of life. |
